Christy Lynn Locklear
(Age 40 of Lusby, MD) was arrested for passing an altered prescription for
“oxycodone”. Upon her arrest detectives located a syringe with residue and drug
paraphernalia with “Methadone” residue. She was arrested and a vehicle
occupant, Donald James Clark (Age 30 of No Fixed Address) was found to be
wanted by several out of state jurisdictions.
He is being held awaiting extradition on a warrant through the State of
South Carolina.
