2-17-15 MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT (Fly-out) - Deputy McCuen responded to Route 234 and Aviation Yacht Club Road for an accident involving an all terrain vehicle (ATV). The investigation revealed the driver, Steven Rataski, age 18, was driving the ATV with a male juvenile passenger on back when the driver lost control and the ATV overturned. The passenger's leg was trapped under the ATV. The passenger was flown to an area hospital for precautionary measures. CASE #9371-15
