On
June 7, 2016, St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office Patrol deputies responded to a
parking lot in Lexington Park for a reported robbery. The victim advised he was seated in his
vehicle when a subject, later identified as Damon Franklin Graham, 32, of
Lexington Park, demanded money, assaulted the victim, and fled with the victim’s
property. Graham was later located,
arrested, and charged with Robbery, Second Degree Assault, Theft Less than
$1000, and two counts of Malicious Destruction of
Property.
