On June 22, 2014, two black male suspects entered the New Market Pharmacy located in Mechanicsville, Maryland, and robbed the business of US currency and property. See Press Release "HELP IDENTIFY ARMED ROBBERY SUSPECTS? View Images and Video" at firstsheriff.blogspot.com.

At this time, detectives from the St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office and the Maryland State Police Criminal Enforcement Division believe the same suspects are responsible for both robberies. Both agencies are coordinating and combining investigative efforts to solve these cases.
