On View Arrests:
Handgun Arrest- On December 21, 2020, Sheriff Cameron conducted a traffic stop in the 37500 block of Charlotte Hall School Road in Charlotte Hall. Dion Damien-Lamont Hair, age 38 of Suitland, was found to be operating the vehicle with a loaded handgun inside the vehicle. Hair was arrested and charged with Loaded Handgun in Vehicle and Handgun in Vehicle. Arrest was handled by Cpl. Delozier# 160. CASE# 80803-20
Assault- On December 30, 2020, Cpl. Delozier responded to the 17200 block of Larimer Street in Piney Point, for the reported assault in progress. Investigation determined Dale Anthony Chase Jr., age 19 of Piney Point, assaulted the victim during an argument by grabbing the victim's arms, leaving visible injury. Chase was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree. CASE# 80614-20
Assault/Resisting Arrest- On January 1, 2021, Dep. Forinash responded to the 46400 block of Midway Drive in Lexington Park, for the reported assault in progress. Investigation determined Isai'as Raymond Robinson, age 20 of Lexington Park, had assaulted the victim by punching and kicking the victim in the head and face. Robinson further submerged the victim's face in a fountain outside the residence. When Robinson was taken into custody, he assaulted two deputies. Robinson was charged with Assault 1st Degree, three counts of Assault 2nd Degree, and Resisting Arrest. CASE# 10-21
Malicious Destruction of Property- On January 1, 2021, Dep. Allebach responded to the 30000 block of Business Center Drive in Mechanicsville, for the reported property destruction. Investigation determined Ezra Steven Schoolcraft age 37, of West Virginia, shattered a window by throwing a piece of furniture through the window. Schoolcraft was also had an outstanding warrant in another jurisdiction. Schoolcraft was arrested and charged with Malicious Destruction of Property, and served the outstanding warrant. Violation of Protective Order- On January 6, 2021, Dep. Allebach responded to the St. Mary's County Detention and Rehabilitation Center in Leonardtown, for the reported protective order violation. Investigation determined Antonio George Queen, age 26 of Lexington Park, violated a valid court order prohibiting Queen from contacting the victim. Queen was charged with Violation of Protective Order. CASE# 0865-21
Resist/Interfere with Arrest- On January 9, 2021, Dep. Forinash conducted a vehicle stop in the 21500 block of Prather Drive in Great Mills. The operator was identified to be Richard Ramon Dent Sr., age 39 of Mechanicsville. Dent was found to have outstanding warrants for his arrest, and when advised he was under arrest, Dent pulled away from Dep. Forinash and fled on foot. Dep. Forinash pursued Dent and he was taken into custody. Dent was served the outstanding warrants and charged with Resist/Interfere with Arrest. CASE# 1404-21
Violation of Protective Order- On January 9, 2021, Cpl. Delozier responded to the 24000 block of Maverick Drive in Hollywood, for the reported protective order violation. Investigation determined Casey Wayne Bridgett, age 25 of Mechanicsville, violated a valid court order by contacting the victim, which is in violation of the order. Bridgett was arrested and charged with Violation of Protective Order. CASE# 1268-21
Assault- On January 11, 2021, Dep. Alvey responded to the St. Mary's County Detention and Rehabilitation Center in Leonardtown, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Shelby Lynn Carroll, age 26 of Leonardtown, assaulted the victim by throwing an item at the victim and hitting the victim in the hand. Carroll was charged with Assault 2nd Degree. CASE# 1591-20
