On View Arrests:
Disorderly Conduct- On August 5, 2020, Dep. Wilhelmi responded to the 45200 block of Take it Easy Ranch Road in Callaway, for the reported disturbance. Investigation determined Nichole Corine Underwood, age 29 of no fixed address, created a disturbance at the residence by yelling at the occupants and refusing to leave. Underwood was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct. CASE# 48224-20
Assault- On August 5, 2020, Dep. Myers responded to the 36700 block of Morning Dove Court in Mechanicsville, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Robert Edward Lawrence, age 34 of Mechanicsville, threw the victim to the ground and grabbed the victim by the neck, causing visible injury. Lawrence was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree.
Assault- On August 11, 2020, Cpl. Tirpak responded to the 21700 block of Suwanne Place in Lexington Park, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Travis Dimitri Smoot, age 35 of Lexington Park, assaulted the victim by pushing the victim into objects, strangling the victim, and grabbing the victim's arm. Visible injury was observed to the victim and Smoot was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree. CASE# 49628-20
Property Destruction- On August 12, 2020, Dep. Webb responded to St. Mary's County Detention and Rehabilitation Center in Leonardtown, for the reported property destruction. Investigation determined Devon Tyler Lee, age 18 of Great Mills, repeatedly kicked his cell door, shattering the window. Lee was charged with Malicious Destruction of Property. CASE# 49848-20
