On View Arrests:
Theft/Trespassing- On February 12, 2020, Dep. Wilhelmi responded to the 46400 block of Lexington Village Way in Lexington Park, for the reported theft. Dep. Wilhelmi located the suspect, later identified as Michael Tyree Mitchell, age 37 of Lexington Park, in the area. It was discovered during the investigation Mitchell had previously been issued a notice not to trespass for the business, and items belonging to the business were located on Mitchell. Violate Protective Order- On February 16, 2020, Dep. Wynnyk responded to the 45500 block of Shannon Court in California, for the reported protective order violation. Investigation determined Damond Seagun Forrest, age 55 of California, was observed on the victim's property in violation of a valid court order prohibiting Forrest from entering the victim's property. Forrest was arrested and charged with Violate Protective Order. CASE# 9661-20

Home Invasion/Burglary- On February 16, 2020, DFC. Budd responded to the 21400 block of Manon Way in Lexington Park, for the reported disturbance. Investigation determined Keith Mondell Baker, age 34 of District Heights, came to the victim's residence, and began yelling threats to the victim and attempted to force entry to the victim's residence by damaging the victim's door. Deputies discovered the victim's door frame had damage consistent with being forced open. Contact was made with Baker and he was arrested and charged with Home Invasion, Burglary 4th Degree and Malicious Destruction of Property. CASE# 9700-20

Assault- On February 17, 2020, Dep. Salas responded to the St. Mary's County Detention and Rehabilitation Center in Leonardtown, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Agnes Louise Dickerson, age 55 of Clements, assaulted the victim by striking the victim in the face, while the parties were having a disagreement. Possess Contraband- On February 18, 2020, Cpl. Pesante responded to District Court located on Leonard Hall Drive in Leonardtown, for the reported located contraband. Mohammud Tahir Afrassa, age 49 of Washington, D.C. was sentenced to serve 10 days incarceration and taken into custody. Once taken into custody Afrassa attempted to pass a piece of folded paper to an associate containing suspected marijuana. Afrassa was charged with Possess Contraband at Place of Confinement.
