Assault- On August 14, 2019, Dep. T. Snyder responded to the 45000 block of Elkton Lane in California for the reported assault. Investigation determined Kelli Margaret Guiterrez, age 20 of California, bit the victim's arm during an argument. Guiterrez was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree. CASE# 46331-19

Theft- On August 15, 2019, Cpl. Graves responded to the 23400 block of Three Notch Road in California, for the reported theft. Investigation determined Marvin Lawrence Swart Jr., age 57 with no fixed address, entered the establishment and ordered alcoholic beverages and a meal. Swart did not pay his bill, and when taken into custody a prescription bottle with no label containing prescription pills was located on Swart. Swart was unable to produce a prescription for the medication and was charged with Theft, and Remove Prescription Label. CASE# 46556-19

Assault/Property Destruction- On August 16, 2019, Dep. Burgess responded to the 21800 block of Three Notch Road in Lexington Park, for the reported disturbance. Investigation determined Tykane Shiheim Briscoe, age 24 with no fixed address, became upset at a gathering and began repeatedly kicking a door, damaging the door and doorframe. Briscoe threw a chair, which struck a wall, damaging the wall. Briscoe was located and also had an outstanding warrant for Assault 2nd Degree. Briscoe was arrested and charged with Malicious Destruction of Property and served the outstanding warrant for Assault. CASE# 46580-19

Possession of a Firearm/Disqualified- On August 17, 2019, Dep. Rycyzyn responded to the the 28200 block of Mechanicsville Road in Mechanicsville for the reported threats. Through the course of the investigation an unloaded shotgun was located at Christopher Shannon Bridgett's, age 20 of Mechanicsville residence. Bridgett is prohibited by law from possessing any firearm. Bridgett was arrested and charged with Rifle/Shotgun Possession-Disqualified Individual. CASE# 46950-19

Violation of Protective Order- On August 17, 2019, Cpl. Handy responded to the 46500 block of Valley Court in Lexington Park, for the reported disturbance. Investigation determined Kathryne Linsee Nguyen, age 19 of Lexington Park, was at the victim's residence which was prohibited by a valid court order which states Nguyen is to have no contact with the victim. Assault/Indecent Exposure- On August 17, 2019, Cpl. Kerby responded to the St. Mary's County Detention and Rehabilitation Center for the reported assault. Investigation determined Monroe Maurice Gantt, age 52 of Lexington Park, assaulted the victim, and then proceeded to expose himself to the victim while the two were at indoor recreation. Gantt was charged with Assault 2nd Degree and Indecent Exposure. CASE# 46929-19

Assault/Assault Law Enforcement Officer- On August 17, 2019 Cpl. Beishline responded to the 21300 block of Lookout Drive in Lexington Park, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Shannon Oneal Wills, age 41 of Lexington Park, assaulted the victim causing numerous injuries and bruises on most of the victim's body, as well bruising to the victim's neck. Wills was taken into custody at which time he kicked two deputies several times while being placed under arrest and being escorted to Cpl. Beishline's vehicle. Wills was arrested and charged with two counts of Assault 1st Degree, two counts of Assault 2nd Degree, and two counts of Assault 2nd Degree-Law Enforcement Officer. CASE# 46924-19

Disorderly Conduct/Property Destruction- On August 18, 2019, Dep. Wimberly responded to the 46900 block of Fox Chase Drive in Lexington Park, for the reported disturbance. Investigation determined Quinton Marquis Remied, age 23 of Callaway, broke the window to the victim's vehicle, as well as several windows to the victim's residence. During the incident, Remied disturbed numerous individuals and several residents came outside to see what the commotion was. Remied was arrested and charged with Malicious Destruction of Property and Disorderly Conduct. CASE# 47172-19
