Theft- On April 5, 2019 Dep. Edelen responded to the 22500 block of MacArthur Boulevard in California for a reported theft. Investigation determined Leann Nicole Manis, age 20 of Great Mills, stole property belonging to Marshall's store while employed at the store. Assault- On April 6, 2019, Dep. Luffey responded to the 21600 block of Great Mills Road in Great Mills for a disturbance inside a vehicle. The vehicle was located and contact made with the occupants. Investigation determined Marquis Tyron Lundy, age 26 of Washington, D.C., assaulted the victim by grabbing the victim around the neck during an argument. Investigation determined during an argument Shawn Patrick Jeffries, age 26 of Lexington Park, struck the victim in arm and head with a hammer causing injury. Violation of Protective Order- On April 7, 2019, Cpl. Tirpak responded to the 45700 block of Langley Park Way in Lexington Park, for a possible protective order violation. Investigation determined Brian Andrew Holdaway, age 56 with no fixed address, came to the victim's residence and began to gather belongings.
