The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s
Office is seeking the identity of the person pictured. On December 14, 2017, between the hours of
2:00-3:30 PM, in the area of Cat Creek Road and Holly Lane, in Mechanicsville,
several individuals had their mail stolen from their mailboxes. This vehicle was captured on a home surveillance
system, and the vehicle is observed pulling alongside a mailbox so the operator
could have access to the mailbox. The
suspect appears to be a white female with blondish hair, and the vehicle the
suspect is operating is a white Kia Forte with a sunscreen protector in the
left rear passenger window.
