On View Arrests/Warrants/Criminal Citations



On View Arrests:


Possession at Place of Confinement- On March 9, 2020, Dep. Henry responded to the St. Mary's County Detention and Rehabilitation Center, for the reported found contraband. Investigation determined Kanard Jaivon Bishop, age 22 of no fixed address, was in possession of several cigarettes located in his shoe, after returning from the work incentive program. Bishop was charged with Possession of Contraband at Place of Confinement. CASE# 14689-20

Alter Drug Test- On March 9, 2020, Dep. Henry responded to the St. Mary's County Detention and Rehabilitation Center, for the reported altered drug test. Investigation determined Brian Christopher Hancock, age 41 of no fixed address, reported to the detention center and provided a urine sample as part of his pretrial requirements. A search of the Hancock's jacket revealed a bottle and device that was suspected Hancock used to provide a false urine sample. Hancock was arrested and charged with Alter Drug Test.  CASE# 14702-20

Violation of Protective Order- On March 9, 2020, Dep. Wynnyk responded to the 37700 block of Waterloo Road in Coltons Point, for the reported disturbance. Dep. Wynnyk contacted Garret Brady Harim, age 23 of Lexington Park, at the victim's residence. There is a valid court order preventing Harim from contacting the victim or being at the victim's residence. Harim was arrested and charged with Violation of Protective Order. CASE# 14739-20

Disorderly Conduct/Disturbing the Peace/Fail to Obey- On March 9, 2020, Dep. Salas responded to the the 18400 block of Point Lookout Road in Park Hall for the reported disturbance. Upon arrival Ashley Nicole Tippett, age 27 of Park Hall, was observed yelling and causing a commotion while banging on the outside of a residence.  Tippett was ordered to cease her behavior, however she refused and continued her behavior, which disturbed numerous neighbors. Tippett was arrested and charged with Disturbing the Peace, Disorderly Conduct, and Fail to Obey Reasonable/Lawful Order. CASE# 14727-20

Assault- On March 11, 2020, Dep. Edwards responded to the 21500 block of Great Mills Road in Lexington Park, for the reported alarm activation. An individual was located, and provided deputies on scene with a false name. The individual was ultimately identified to be Chazze Le Marko Hall, age 29 of no fixed address. Hall had an outstanding warrant through Calvert County. Hall then fled on foot from deputies on scene.  Deputies pursued Hall, and while being taken into custody, Hall kicked Dep. Graves in the chest. Hall was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree and Fraud/ Identity to avoid prosecution. CASE# 15196-20
