On View Arrests:
Drug Arrest- On November 22, 2019, detectives from the Vice Narcotics Division executed a search and seizure warrant in the 40600 block of Kavanagh Road in Mechanicsville. Shane Alan Rodriguez, age 37 of no fixed address, was located at the residence in possession of a digital scale containing suspected cocaine residue. Robert Garry Jones, age 56 of Mechanicsville, was located at the residence and found to be in possession of a suspected CDS smoking device containing suspected cocaine residue. James Roy Chase, age 32 of Mechanicsville, was found at the residence in possession of suspected Oxycodone and a digital scale containing suspected cocaine residue. Rodriguez and Jones were charged with CDS: Possession- Not Marijuana, and CDS: Possession-Paraphernalia. Trespassing- On November 30, 2019, Dep. Baker responded to the 21800 block of Three Notch Road in Lexington Park, for the reported trespassing. Lord McClain Milburn, age 64 of no fixed address, was located sitting in a chair on the property. Milburn had previously been served a notice not to trespass at the establishment. Milburn was arrested and charged with Trespass: Private Property. CASE# 68629-19

Disorderly Conduct/Property Destruction- On December 1, 2019, Dep. Baker responded to the 21700 block of North Essex Drive in Lexington Park, for the reported disturbance. Investigation determined Ralph Levi Hawkins, age 30 of La Plata, had damaged the victim's vehicle, as well as was in the roadway yelling and causing a disturbance. Hawkins climbed onto the victim's vehicle and proceeded to stomp on the front and rear windshield and climbed on the roof of the vehicle, causing damage to the vehicle. Hawkins then ran from the scene into traffic and began to try and stop vehicles. Hawkins was apprehended and charged with Malicious Destruction of Property and Disorderly Conduct. CASE# 68667-19

Motor Vehicle Theft/Drug Arrest- On December 5, 2019, Dep. Beyer was in the 21600 block of Susan Lane in Lexington Park, when he recognized a vehicle that had been reported stolen. In the stolen vehicle was Heather Nicole Hugel, age 29 of Aquasco. Located on Hugel's person was a suspected CDS smoking device with a quantity of suspected cocaine. Hugel was arrested and charged with Motor Vehicle Theft, CDS: Possession-Not Marijuana, CDS: Possession-Paraphernalia, and Rogue and Vagabond. CASE# 68678-19

Burglary- On December 7, 2019, Dep. Fretwell responded to the 24800 block of Hill Drive in Hollywood, for the reported burglary. Investigation determined Dylan Marshall Hill, age 27 of no fixed address and Lisa Marie Deal, age 36 of no fixed address, forced their way into the victim's residence and damaged the victim's property during the burglary. Hill and Deal were located nearby and arrested. Hill and Deal were charged with Burglary 1st, 3rd, and 4th Degree and Malicious Destruction of Property. CASE# 70116-19

Theft/Drug Arrest- On December 6, 2019, Cpl. Connelly initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle for a stolen registration plate. The operator of the vehicle was Erica Katherine Dayton, age 28 of Great Mills. Dayton was found to be in possession of a cut straw containing suspected cocaine. Assault- On December 7, 2019, Cpl. Handy responded to the St. Mary's County Detention and Rehabilitation Center in Leonardtown, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Steffen Zachary Monger, age 29 of California, assaulted the victim by punching the victim several times and throwing the victim to the ground during an argument. Drug Arrest- On December 7, 2019, Dep. Schell located Katelynn Lee Beavers, age 33 of no fixed address in the 21700 block of Great Mills Road in Lexington Park. Beavers was wanted on an outstanding warrant. Located on Beaver's person was a cut straw containing suspected cocaine residue.
