Assault- On February 14, 2018, Dep. M. Beyer responded to the 45000 block of Foxchase Drive, in Lexington Park, for a reported assault. Upon arrival contact was made with the victim who advised Rebecca Lynn Bowen, age 36, of Lexington Park, had poured bleach on the victim's clothes, and on the victim as well. The victim also advised Bowen had bit and struck the victim too. Visible injury was observed on the victim, as well as damaged clothing in the residence. Bowen was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree, and Destruction of Property. CASE# 8357-18

Violation of a Protective Order- On February 15, 2018, DFC. Maguire responded to the 38000 block of Bucks Way, in Clements, for report of a protective order violation. Contact was made with the victim who advised Michael Patrick Plass, age 40, of California, had repeatedly violated the protective order by sending the victim repeated text messages as well as coming to the victim's residence. Investigation revealed Plass had sent numerous messages to the victim, and had in fact been at the victim's residence which was a violation of an active protective order. Plass was arrested and charged with Violate Exparte/Protective Order. CASE# 8511-18
