#SMCSO MURPH Fitness Challenge
On October 22, 2017, the St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office Recruitment Committee will host a Cross Fit style MURPH WOD, (workout of the day), at Meidzinski Park in Leonardtown. Everyone 16 years of age or older is welcome to participate. Pre-register before September 25th for a FREE T-SHIRT!
Participants must be 16 years of age, with parent/guardian permission, or older. Each participant must have a signed waiver with them the day of the event. Waivers can be downloaded at www.firstsheriff.com.
Registration/Check in begins at 9:00 am. The vent will take place from 10:00 am to noon with a raffle at 1:00 for participants.
Make MURPH proud! Make your community proud! Think you have what it takes? Our personnel will be on site for questions. Check us out with a tour of #SMCSO Headquarters beginning at 1:30 pm.
