Arrests 4-13-2017 - 4-18-2017

On-View Arrests 

4-17-2017 – Possession – The Emergency Communications Center received a call for a motor vehicle operating in a reckless manner heading northbound on Point Lookout Road in the area of Lattimore Road in Leonardtown. Corporal B. Foor located the vehicle and observed the vehicle traveling in and out of its lane. Corporal Foor stopped the vehicle and discovered the operator, Thomas Erik Pinekenstein, age 38, of Great Mills, showed signs of impairment. During the stop, suspected Vyvanse capsules were discovered for which Pinekenstein did not have a prescription. He was arrested and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was charged with CDS Possession – Not Marijuana. CASE# 20677-17

4-13-2017 – Trespass: Private Property – Deputy J. Bare responded to Pat’s Seafood in Lexington Park for an individual who was trespassing. The investigation revealed, the suspect James Ernest Wright, age 52, of Lexington Park, entered the restaurant and began yelling. There was an active notice not to tresspass issued by Deputy S. Bowie on Jan. 1, 2017. Weight was issued a criminal citation for trespassing on private property. CASE#20044-17

4-13-2017 – Theft –  Deputy G. Muschette responded to the Kohl’s in Lexington Park for a reported theft. The investigation revealed, Lesvia Lorena Carrillo-Morales, age 32, of Lexington Park, stole items from the store. Morales was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and charged with Theft Less than $1000. CASE# 19889-17

4-17-2017 – Assault – Sergeant J. Yingling responded to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center for a reported fight between inmates. The investigation revealed inmates, Joshua Michael Goodard, age 24, of Centerville, Maryland and Wyatt Naquan Zimmerman, age 23, of Lexington Park, were involved in a verbal argument that turned physical inside a cell. The inmates both displayed visible signs of injuries. The inmates were charged with Second Degree Assault on DOC Employee. CASE#20656-17
