Johnson, Jarrell Rahiem

03/21/17 –Assault 2nd Degree  – Corporal D. Reppel responded to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center in Leonardtown, MD for the report of an assault.  The investigation revealed the suspect, Jarrell Rahiem Johnson, 29 of California, MD, initiated an unprovoked physical attack against the victim, by striking the victim several times in the arms and chest area with his fist.  The suspect was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree and remained in the custody of the St. Mary’s County Detention Center.  CCN #15607-17





Guy, Charles Lewis

03/22/17 – Possession of CDS not Marijuana – Deputy First Class D. Potter conducted a traffic stop on a motor vehicle that was traveling on Chancellors Run Road in Great Mills, MD.  During the traffic stop, Corporal B. Rishel and his K-9 partner conducted an exterior scan of the vehicle, when the K-9 alerted to the presence of narcotics.  A search of the vehicle revealed the operator, Charles Lewis Guy, 53 of Lexington Park, MD, to be in possession of suspected cocaine.  Suspect Guy was arrested and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center, where he was charged with Possession of CDS not marijuana.  CCN #15713-17



Benton, Shenandoah Dornell

03/22/17 – Assault 1st Degree and CDS Possession not Marijuana – Deputy J. Bare responded to the Take It Easy Ranch in Callaway, MD for a reported domestic assault.  Deputy Bare made contact with the victim who indicated the suspect, Shenandoah Dornell Benton, 40 of Callaway, MD started an unprovoked verbal fight with him.  The argument escalated when the suspect punched the victim in the head and chest area then attempted to choke the victim.  The victim was able to secure himself in another room within the residence, when the suspect retrieved a knife from the kitchen and repeatedly stated she was going to kill the victim, while trying to gain entry through the locked door.  Deputy Bare observed injuries to the victim consistent with his account of the events.  The suspect was placed under arrest and prior to transport asked for her purse to accompany her to the detention center.  A search of the suspect’s purse pocketbook revealed Lyrica pills, which the suspect could not produce a prescription for and is a controlled dangerous substance.  The CDS was seized and the suspect was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where she was charged with Assault 1st Degree and CDS Possession not Marijuana.

03/22/17 - Largina Cassandra Henry, 18 of Leonardtown, MD, was charged via Criminal Summons for Assault – 2nd Degree.  Served by Deputy A. Budd

03/22/17 - Terrell Devantee Atkins, 18 of Lexington Park, MD, was arrested on a District Court Arrest Warrant for Burglary 2nd Degree, Burglary 4th Degree, Malicious Destruction of Property valued over $1,000, and Theft $1,000 less than $10,000.  Arrested by Detective Corporal D. Alexander

03/22/17 - Lovell Darcel Blair, 28 of Baltimore, MD, was arrested on a District Court Arrest Warrant for Assault – 2nd Degree.  Arrested by Deputy First Class J. Maguire

03/23/17 - Amanda Lynn Abell-Morgan, 35 with no fixed address, was arrested on an outstanding District Court Arrest Warrant for Failing To Appear.  Arrested by Deputy First Class James Maguire

03/23/17 - Cedric Ricardo Willams, 25 of Lexington Park, MD, was arrested on an outstanding District Court Arrest Warrant for three counts of Assault 2nd Degree and two counts of Property Destruction less than $1,000 value.  Arrested by Deputy First Class R. Steinbach

3/24/17 - Christie Elizabeth Smallwood, 27 of Clinton, MD, was arrested on an outstanding District Court Arrest Warrant for Failing to Appear.   Arrested by Deputy C. Ball

03/24/17 - Brian Christopher Hancock, 38 of Leonardtown, MD, was arrested on an outstanding District Court Arrest Warrant for Failing to Appear.  Arrested by Deputy C. Ball
