  1. I was the car behind the vehicle involved in the collision. I noticed reflectors flashing and quickly realized a bike was tumbling down the road. Upon approaching the victim, I noticed she looked to be in terrible shape. I was in shock and didn't pull over, something that's been haunting me since last night. I did call an ambulance, but I wish I had have been there for her. My heart goes out to anyone involved in this incident, whether it be the victims family, vehicle driver and family, etc... I will never be able to get the image out of my head. I wish I hadn't seen it.
