Who am I? Suspect hits Walmart twice in one week - IDENTIFIED

California, Maryland - The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public's help in identifying the suspect pictured below. 

On Monday, July 27, 2015, at 10:00 PM, the suspect loaded several bottles of motor oil in a shopping cart at Walmart located on Miramar Way. He then left the store without paying. The same suspect committed a similar theft at the same Walmart on 7-30-15.
