On January 30, 2015, Detective Corporal William Raddatz of the Criminal
Investigations Division, Sex Offender Compliance Unit, initiated an
investigation regarding the employment status of registered sex offender Dwight
C. Brown, age 51, of Lexington Park, Maryland.
During the investigation it was determined Brown had been terminated
from his employment and had failed to notify the registry as required. Brown was located, placed under arrest,
charged with failing to provide a notice as required by law regarding
employment status and incarcerated in the St. Mary’s County Detention Center.
