Arrests 8-18-14


DOMESTIC ASSAULT – On August 12, 2014, Deputy Teague responded to a residence on Great Mills Court for a reported domestic assault. The victim alleged suspect Delontey Montario Butler, 21, of Hollywood, attacked the victim causing multiple injuries. Butler was located and placed under arrest. He was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and charged with 2nd Degree Assault.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT/ASSAULT – On August 13, 2014, Deputy Lafave responded to a residence on Winding Way in Lexington Park, for a reported fight in progress. The investigation revealed suspect Ashley Marie Moore, 30, of Lexington Park, pushed one victim and spat in the face of a second during an argument. While conducting the investigation, Moore refused to stop yelling profanity. She was placed under arrest after she ignored repeated orders to stop. Moore was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and charged with 2 COUNTS of 2nd Degree Assault and Disorderly Conduct.

George Phillip Conley 2nd, 50, of Great Mills was charged with DUI on 8-14-14 by Deputy LaFave.

1st DEGREE ASSAULT – On August 15, 2014, Deputy Pontorno responded to a residence on Eric Road in Lexington Park, for the report of a subject with a knife. The victim alleged suspect Robert Craig O’Reilly, 33, of Lexington Park, chased him in the parking lot with a knife. O’Reilly then threw the knife in the victim’s direction. The suspect was located and placed under arrest. He was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and charged with 1st and 2nd Degree Assault and Reckless Endangerment.

VIOLATION PROTECTIVE ORDER – On August 16, 2014, DFC Rogers responded to a residence in the 20000 block of point Lookout Road in Great Mills, to serve a protective order on Joseph Aloysius Curtis, 50, of Great Mills. After serving Curtis, Curtis walked off of the property and called the petitioner in the protective order, while DFC Rogers was still on the scene. The order specified Curtis was to have no contact with the petitioner.  Curtis was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. He was charged with Violation Protective Order.
